In an effort to teach the students how to eat healthier, I am encouraging students to bring in healthy snacks that they can share with the class during a midday break. Some suggestions for students to bring in would be: fruit, vegetables, yogurt, dry healthy cereal, cheese sticks, raisins, and granola bars. If you have any other suggestions about healthy snacks or you have a question, then please leave a comment. Thanks for your help in making healthy students!

5th Grade Writing Assessment
I know it's hard to believe, but we are one day from taking the statewide writing assessment. Students: Get a good night's sleep and eat a healthy breakfast. You are all prepared and I know that you all will do your best. Parents: talk to your child about any worries they might have and the importance of doing their best.
